Proposal
This outlines the areas discussed and recommends the direction to be taken by the design. The proposal would contain a fixed cost for development and an estimate of the budget needed to complete the project through to the fulfillment of the design as discussed. If the client is happy with the proposal, the creative process can begin.
Design stages and approval
Designs would be regularly submitted to the client for approval and amended as necessary. After a series of approval stages to ensure total satisfaction with the form the design has taken, the final design would be prepared for production. If the material is to be printed, the most suitable printer would be sourced and a number of print quotations for the clients approval would be supplied.
